This policy explains the right of withdrawal of Consumers under articles 52-59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") for contracts concluded at a distance with COLINE di Agheorghiesei Alexandra (Best Luxury Events), Via Medaglie d'Oro 70, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italy, P.IVA IT 02748550395, [email protected], +39 327 440 5035. It applies only to Consumers, i.e. natural persons acting for purposes outside their business or profession.
1. Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without any cost other than those provided by law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
2. How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision before the period expires by an unequivocal statement. You can:
- use the online withdrawal function available on the website ("Withdraw from the contract here") or in your order confirmation, which allows you to indicate your name, the contract concerned and the email address where you will receive confirmation (art. 54-bis Consumer Code) [OWNER: this function must be active for contracts concluded from 19 June 2026];
- send an email to [email protected];
- send a letter to Via Medaglie d'Oro 70, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italy.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (e.g. email).
3. Effects of withdrawal and refunds
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement (art. 56 Consumer Code).
4. Digital content – exception
For digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium (online planners, guides, templates and other materials in the members area), the right of withdrawal is lost once access or download has begun, provided that (art. 59(1)(o) Consumer Code):
- performance began with your prior express consent;
- you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
- we provided you with confirmation of the contract, including your consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium.
At checkout you will find a specific checkbox for this purpose. If you do not give this consent, access will be activated only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content remain unaffected.
5. Services
- Services not yet started: you may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.
- Services started during the withdrawal period at your request: if you expressly asked us to begin the service (for example, a consultation scheduled within 14 days of purchase) and then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract (art. 57(3) Consumer Code).
- Services fully performed: the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (art. 59(1)(a) Consumer Code).
- Full wedding planning: the specific contract governs cancellation, deposits and payments to suppliers, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a Consumer.
6. Free resources
Free resources do not involve any payment. You can stop receiving our emails at any time with the unsubscribe link and ask for your data to be deleted.
7. Voluntary goodwill
[OPTIONAL – OWNER TO DECIDE: "Outside the cases above, we may at our discretion offer rescheduling or a credit for a future service. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights."]
8. Model withdrawal form
