1. Who we are
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website and the sale of digital content and services by:
COLINE di Agheorghiesei Alexandra (sole proprietorship / ditta individuale), trading as Best Luxury Events
Registered office: Via Medaglie d'Oro 70, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italy

Email: [email protected] · Phone/WhatsApp: +39 327 440 5035
Website: https://bestluxuryevents.com
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Best Luxury Events" refer to the business above; "you" or the "Customer" refers to the person using the website or buying from us. A "Consumer" is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession (art. 3 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the "Consumer Code").
2. Scope
These Terms apply to every use of the website and to every distance contract concluded through it, by email, by chat or through our booking calendar, in accordance with articles 45-67 of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. Full wedding planning and coordination is governed by a separate written contract; these Terms apply to it only where that contract refers to them or does not regulate a matter. Any rights granted to Consumers by mandatory law always prevail over these Terms.
The contract may be concluded in Italian, English, Russian or Romanian. If versions differ, the Italian version prevails to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory rules for the Consumer.
3. What we offer
- Free digital resources (guides, checklists, quiz results) supplied in exchange for your contact details. Receiving marketing emails is never a condition: it requires a separate, optional consent.
- Paid digital content (online planners, guides and templates) made available in your personal members area immediately after payment.
- Paid services, such as the Planning Clinic session, the venue and vendor concierge service and the design consultation, delivered online (e.g. via Zoom) or as described on the product page.
- Full destination-wedding planning, offered on the basis of a personalised quote and a separate written contract.
The main characteristics, price, duration and delivery method of each product or service are shown on its page before purchase and form part of the pre-contractual information given to you under art. 49 of the Consumer Code.
4. How the contract is concluded
- You select the product or service and, for bookable services, the date and time in our calendar.
- You enter your details on the order form. Before confirming you can review and correct any input errors by going back or editing the fields.
- You accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy by ticking the required box; for digital content you are also asked for the express consent described in section 8.
- You confirm the order with the button labelled "Pay now" / "Order with obligation to pay" (art. 51(2) Consumer Code) and complete the payment.
The contract is concluded when the payment is authorised. We send you a confirmation by email (durable medium) containing the essential contract information, these Terms and, where applicable, confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement regarding the right of withdrawal (art. 51(7) Consumer Code). We keep a record of your order; you may request a copy at any time. We do not adhere to any specific code of conduct.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are final prices: no further taxes or charges are added at checkout, unless clearly indicated before you order (for example, travel and accommodation costs for on-site services, quoted separately in advance).
[OWNER TO CHOOSE ONE OPTION:
OPTION A – flat-rate regime (regime forfettario): "Prices do not include VAT because the business operates under the flat-rate regime: transaction carried out pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law 190/2014. No VAT is added; the price shown is the final price."
OPTION B – ordinary VAT regime: "Prices include VAT. For digital content and electronically supplied services sold to Consumers in other EU Member States, the VAT of the Consumer's country may apply (OSS scheme); the final price shown at checkout already includes it."]
Any currency conversion or fees applied by your bank or card issuer are outside our control. If a price is displayed with an obvious, recognisable error, we will inform you before performing the contract and you may cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and its affiliates). We never see or store your full card details. Where a service is paid in instalments, the schedule is shown before purchase or set out in the specific contract. We issue the tax documents required by Italian law; if you need an invoice in a business name, please provide the details at checkout.
7. Free resources and quiz
Free resources are supplied in exchange for your name and email address, which we use to deliver the resource and, only if you give separate consent, to send you marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your access to the resource. Quiz results are indicative suggestions and do not constitute a personalised professional assessment.
8. Digital content
- Delivery: access to the members area is provided immediately after payment, normally within minutes, with login details sent by email. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us.
- Express consent and withdrawal: at checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins (art. 59(1)(o) Consumer Code). See our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
- Technical requirements: an internet connection and an up-to-date browser; PDF files require a PDF reader. Any specific requirements (functionality, compatibility, interoperability) are stated on the product page.
- Licence: you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute it, or share your login credentials.
- Duration of access: [OWNER TO CONFIRM: lifetime access for as long as the members area is operated / access for __ months]. If we close the members area, we will give reasonable notice so you can download downloadable materials.
- Legal guarantee of conformity: digital content is covered by the legal guarantee under articles 135-octies to 135-vicies ter of the Consumer Code. If the content is not supplied or is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, as provided by law.
9. Services
- Booking: sessions are booked through our online calendar; you will receive a confirmation and a Zoom link (or other agreed means) by email.
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule free of charge up to [48] hours before the session by contacting us or using the link in the confirmation. If you do not attend without notice, the session is considered delivered, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
- Performance during the withdrawal period: if you ask us to begin a service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, we will ask for your express request; see section 10.
- Nature of the services: our services consist of advice, design, research and coordination. Venues, caterers, photographers and other suppliers are independent third parties: unless otherwise agreed in writing, you contract with them directly and their terms apply. We select and recommend suppliers with professional care, but we are not liable for their performance except where caused by our own fault.
- Your cooperation: the success of the services depends on accurate and timely information from you (dates, budget, guest numbers, preferences).
10. Right of withdrawal
As a Consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law (in particular for digital content once access has begun with your express consent, and for services fully performed). Full details, the online withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form are in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
11. AI assistant
The website uses an AI assistant named "Roberta". Roberta is not a human being and its answers are not binding offers. Prices and conditions binding on us are those shown on the product pages and in the order confirmation. See our AI Policy.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, digital products, texts, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and the "Best Luxury Events" brand are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by copyright (Law 633/1941) and other intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
13. Use of the website
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the members area or our systems, not to submit false data or third-party data without authorisation, and not to misuse the AI assistant (for example, to obtain unlawful content or to overload the service).
14. Liability
We are liable towards Consumers in accordance with the law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), or the rights granted to Consumers by the Consumer Code, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or causes beyond our control; (b) damage caused by suppliers you contract directly; (c) events of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, travel restrictions or decisions of public authorities; (d) losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Information on the website about destinations, venues and legal formalities for marriage is general and may change: please verify it with the competent authorities.
15. Privacy and cookies
Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our offer. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
17. Governing law and competent court
These Terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by Italian law. If you are a Consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (art. 6 Regulation (EC) 593/2008, "Rome I").
For disputes with Consumers resident in Italy, the court of the place of the Consumer's residence or domicile has mandatory jurisdiction (art. 66-bis Consumer Code). Consumers resident in another EU Member State may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence or in Italy, and may be sued only in their country of residence (arts. 17-18 Regulation (EU) 1215/2012). For Customers who are not Consumers, the Court of Ravenna has exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Please send any complaint to [email protected]. We will reply within [14] days.
Consumers may also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure before one of the bodies registered under articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code (the lists are published by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, MIMIT, and by the European Commission), or contact the European Consumer Centre in their country for cross-border disputes. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: "We are not obliged to, and do not undertake to, participate in ADR procedures, but we will evaluate any request in good faith." / or name the chosen ADR body.] Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Recourse to ADR does not affect your right to go to court.
